a day of self care activities to celebrate the launch of my new e-book: the sad cookbook: simple and delicious. a new plant based e-book with recipes, tips and tricks to combat seasonal affective disorder and provide yourself and your loved ones with intentional nourishment.

join us to mark world mental health day and learn practical self care tips to get you through the coming winter. 

we will have a herbal mocktail bar sponspored by vitacoco coconut water, scalp and head massages, delicious vegan food by sisterwoman, djs, a community resource booth and goodie bags.

there are two tickets types available:

entry only: this ticket includes entry to the event plus lunch and canapes throughout the day and an open mocktail bar

standard entry: includes all of the above plus a goodie bag and a copy of the sad cookbook: simple and delicious

11am opening meditation

11.30am movement workshop with ava riby-williams

12.30pm food demo

12.45pm self care workshop with therapist shomi williams

1.45pm lunch and open round table facilitated by sisterwoman "how do we get well?"

2.45pm closing meditation
