I have a tiered pricing system to allow my events to be more accessible. This means that the ticket prices range, with the more expensive option offsetting the lower priced tickets. It's a way of ensuring people are not priced out of the event, but I and any other people involved get paid fairly for our labour and all costs are covered meaning I am not out of pocket (which happens so often with community centred enterprises). Essentially, if you can afford to pay the higher cost, that is preferred as it is the 'actual' cost of the ticket!
