what is the wellness through food programme?

the sisterwoman vegan wellness through food programme is a 12-week immersive programme rooted in the philosophy of intentional nourishment — the practice of engaging with food as both sustenance and story, resistance and ritual. centred around the three pillars of community, education, and mindfulness, this programme uses plant-based food as a catalyst to foster connection, deepen understanding, and nurture holistic wellbeing.

through interactive learning and shared experience, participants are empowered with the knowledge and tools to create sustainable, community-driven food projects and wellness practices that honour both people and planet. this journey invites you to explore food as a medium for healing, cultural affirmation, and collective transformation.

we cannot fully create effective movements for social change if individuals struggling for that change are not also self-actualised or working towards that end. when wounded individuals come together in groups to make change our collective struggle it is often undermined by all that has not been dealt with emotionally.
