workshops

nourish your body. awaken your story. connect to community.

our workshops are far from your typical cooking classes. they are immersive, participatory experiences that blend plant-forward culinary artistry with ritual, storytelling, and ancestral memory. rooted in Black diasporic foodways and the philosophy of intentional nourishment, these sessions invite you to slow down, deepen your relationship to food, and explore how eating well can be a radical act.

custom workshops & collaborative events

we also design bespoke experiences for cultural institutions, community groups, and wellness organisations. whether a panel discussion, a pop-up supper club, or a participatory food ritual, each event is crafted to inspire dialogue, connection, and collective healing through food. past clients include adhd babes, gal-dem, peckham platform and more.
